WTF (Where’s the Food?): Breakfast Banana Split

When you’re out of breakfast ideas, delight your kid(s) with a banana split that’s nutritionally fit for the morning.  Slice a banana lengthwise then load on whatever yogurt, berries, granola you have on hand. If you’re feeling fancy, drizzle on some nut or seed butter for some extra healthy fat. Watch them marvel at what is essentially just a yogurt parfait masquerading as a novel dessert.
